Child vaccination program
The vaccinations in the Danish childhood vaccination program are given according to a set program by the general practitioner, who also advises the parents.
For periods, children have been vaccinated with a vaccine which - in addition to protection against diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, polio, and Hemophilus influenza B infection - also protects against hepatitis B.
The childhood vaccination program is changing. Therefore, you must check your child's yellow vaccination card or talk to your doctor to confirm what diseases your child has been vaccinated against.
All vaccinations are given after 15 November 2015 can be viewed on the Common Medicines Card www.fmk-online.dk.
